Decides to put complete lockdown in several areas of Lahore: Yasmin Rashid
Dairy shops, pharmacies and tandoors will remain open.
Lahore: Due to rapid increase in Covid19 cases some areas of Lahore are going to be put under complete lockdown from midnight tomorrow for 15 days, according to Punjab’s Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid.
She said more than 300 cases had been recorded in these each areas that’s why the decision was taken to enforce lockdown.
Rashid said Gulberg, Lahore Cant, Shad Bagh, Shahdra, Nistar Ground, Allama Iqbal Town, Walled City,Mozang, and Harbanspura will be put under lockdown for two weeks at least and then the results will be observed.
Dr. Yasmin said tandoors, pharmacies, dairy shops, and any factories that are making protective equipment will remain open.
