Islamabad Passport Services to Get Major Upgrade

ISLAMABAD: Authorities have decided to further enhance the quality and efficiency of services at passport offices to provide citizens with faster, transparent, and dignified facilities.

Director General of Immigration & Passport, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, visited the Regional Passport Office in G-10, Islamabad, to conduct a detailed review of the services being offered.

According to an official spokesperson, during the visit, Randhawa met with citizens, personally listened to their issues and complaints, and immediately instructed relevant officials to address them.

He also monitored the implementation of the cashless payment system at the office and expressed satisfaction with its effective operation, highlighting the department’s commitment to modernizing services for the public.
