During the meeting, the Prime Minister lauded the efforts of Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and the armed forces for their role in combating terrorism across the country.

He also appreciated the Balochistan government, led by Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, for its initiatives aimed at public welfare and improved governance.

The Prime Minister directed the deployment of Frontier Corps (FC) in the Rakhshan Division to strengthen security arrangements and establish a dedicated security corridor aimed at protecting mineral resources in the province.

The corridor will include additional FC wings, checkpoints on highways, surveillance systems, and enhanced border security posts.

He also stressed the need for modern training and advanced technology for police and law enforcement agencies to fully eliminate terrorism.

PM Shehbaz said the government is actively working to integrate the youth of Balochistan into the national mainstream through education, technical training, employment opportunities, sports programs, scholarships, and digital skills development. He added that youth participation in decision-making processes is also being promoted.

The Prime Minister further highlighted ongoing development efforts in infrastructure, health, education, and communication sectors to ensure equal opportunities for the people of the province.
