Police register forgery case against Bilal son of Maulana Tahir Ashrafi

ISLAMABAD: A case of forgery has been registered against Bilal Tahir Ashrafi, son of Maulana Tahir Ashrafi who is the head of All Pakistan Ulema Council.

A case has been registered against Bilal Tahir Ashrafi under Section 420 for forgery at Tatle Ali Police Station, Kamunki. The plaintiff said in the FIR that 52.63 millions rupees paid for landcruiser by Bilal have found fake.

According to the FIR the plaintiff said that when he went to deposit the money taken from Bilal Tahir Ashrafi in the bank, he found out that the currency was counterfeit. In the case, three accused including the son of Maulana Tahir Ashrafi have been named and two are unknown, as per the FIR.

Police have registered a case at the request of plaintiff Tehseen Khar and initiated legal action.
