PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has announced summer vacations for educational institutions in plain areas of the province.
According to the education department, holidays will now be observed from May 22 to August 31, 2026.
Earlier, the schedule indicated vacations from June 1 to August 31, but the dates were revised due to Eid holidays and the upcoming weekend.
Officials also confirmed that in colder mountainous regions, summer vacations will be observed separately from July 1 to July 31, 2026, as per the pre-scheduled plan.
