GARH KHUDA BAKHSH (LARKANA): President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday said that the masses should not get worried over the difficult situation in the country as everything will be OK and we will bring you good news soon.

Addressing a public gathering on the death anniversary of former prime minister and PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto here, Zardari vowed to steer the country out of the challenging times with the strength and prayers of the people.

“I have faced adversities before and my resolve remains unwavering. They cannot harm us. I have become the president twice with the support of the masses. We will manage everything and ensure stability. Yes, there are difficulties and hardships, but this is not new for me.”

He said that there was no super one and the only super power is the one in which we believe and that is Almighty Allah.

He said even after 45 years by reversing the verdict in the case of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, he had demonstrated to the world that Bhutto’s judicial murder was a fact. He said history will now acknowledge that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s execution was a judicial assassination.

Reiterating his commitment, he vowed to steer the country out of challenging times with the strength and prayers of the people. He said, “I have faced adversities before, and my resolve remains unwavering. They cannot harm us. We will manage everything and ensure stability. Yes, there are difficulties and hardships, but this is not new for me.”

He urged the public not to worry, assuring that the country would soon receive good news. “Your water, gas, and rightful resources are not going anywhere. Every province, whether Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Punjab, or Sindh, will receive its due share. There is no alternative to this decision,” he added.

A large number of PPP workers and supporters had gathered in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh to pay tributes to Benazir Bhutto who was assassinated outside Liaquat Bagh in Rawalpindi after she came out of the park following an election rally on December 27, 2007.

The PPP supporters held Quran Khwani in different cities including the site where she was killed in a bomb and gun attack.
