LAHORE: In another road traffic accident, 10 Pakistani pilgrims lost their lives while returning from Iran on Makran coastal highway this morning.
Police in the area said that 30 pilgrims were also injured in the accident. The police said that the bus fell into a ditch due to a brake failure. The police said that the bus was caring the pilgrims from Iran to Punjab when it met with accident. Call the pilgrims belong to Lahore and Gujranwala.
This is the second accident involving Pakistani pilgrims visiting Iran. A few days ago, a bus carrying 51 Pakistani pilgrims overturned in Yazd city of Iran. In that accident, 28 Pakistani pilgrims were killed and 15 others injured.
The dead bodies of the Pakistani victims were brought home in a C130 plane two days ago. They all belonged to the province of Sindh.
