KARACHI: Pakistan’s stock market opened on a positive note on Tuesday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index gaining 516 points.
Following the increase, the index was trading at 178,716 points, reflecting renewed buying interest in the market.
Meanwhile, the US dollar remained stable against the Pakistani rupee in the interbank market. The greenback was trading at Rs277.77.
The mixed movement in equities and currency markets comes as investors continue to monitor economic developments and market conditions.
