KARACHI: Well-known architect Yasmin Lari has refused to accept an award from an Israeli institution.

Yasmin Lari told a TV channel over the phone that she refused to accept the award of the Wolf Foundation due to the ongoing Israeli brutality in Gaza.

The well-known architect said that neither she knew anything about this award nor she had applied for it. She said that a few days ago, the Wolf Foundation informed her about the award by email. The foundation also announced a $1 million reward, which Ms Lari said she turned down.
