ATC Sets Sept 1 For Hearing Of Imran’s Bail Applications

RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court has approved for hearing the post-arrest bail applications filed by PTI founder Imran Khan in seven separate cases.

The court has scheduled the hearings for September 1 and issued notices to all parties involved.

The bail applications were filed by the former Prime Minister’s legal team and were heard by Judge Amjad Ali Shah.

Imran Khan was previously sent to jail on judicial remand in cases registered at New Town Police Station, Naseerabad Police Station, Taxila Police Station, City Police Station, and Civil Lines Police Station. The bail applications pertain to these cases.

The cases involve serious allegations against the former Prime Minister, including incitement to arson, conspiracy, and planning of murder.
