ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office has said that enemies’ attempts to sabotage the process of improvement in relations between Pakistan and Bangladesh have failed.

FO spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan rejected recent media claims. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties with Bangladesh.

Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Jasim Uddin called for resolving past disputes to strengthen bilateral cooperation and promote regional welfare.
He confirmed that Pakistan’s Foreign Minister would visit Bangladesh on April 27 and 28 to continue the dialogue.
