The event was held in the elegant Casa del Mar hall, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The program’s driving force, former Barcelona Councilor Tahir Rafi, continued his tradition of hosting this initiative ahead of the new academic term following the summer break. His objective was to emphasize the importance of education among children while encouraging parents to actively support and motivate their youngsters in pursuing academic excellence.
The colorful event featured a variety of engaging activities, including children’s performances, quiz competitions, and interactive games, all of which captivated the audience and created a joyful environment. Families from Pakistani as well as Indian backgrounds attended in significant numbers, with children displaying remarkable enthusiasm and energy throughout the program.
Distinguished guests included Pakistan’s Welfare Attaché, Saliq Mehmood, representatives of Spanish political parties, and members of civil society. They warmly praised PISCA’s consistent efforts to foster educational awareness and community engagement. The program was smoothly conducted by hosts Raeesa Tahir Malik and Hafsa Shabbir, who kept the proceedings lively and well-organized.
One of the highlights of the evening was the distribution of prizes, as every child present received a gift, while families were delighted through additional giveaways handed out via a lucky draw.
