Bail pleas of Imran, Bushra rejected in second Toshakhana case
Court hears appeals in Adiala jail and fix date for indictment of accused on November 18.
RAWALPINDI: A court here on Thursday rejected the bail applications of PTI founder and former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the second Toshakhana case.
The court conducted the hearing of the bail applications in Adiala jail and later announced its ruling which was reserved on November 8. After dismissing them fixed November 18 as the date for indictment of the accused in the case.
After dismissal of the first Toshakhana against Imran Khan and his wife by the Islamabad High Court, the National Accountability Court constituted the second case against the couple and arrested them on July 13.
According to the case, Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi took different items from Toshakhana and later sold them.
