NEW YORK: The Consul General of Pakistan in New York Aamer Ahmed Atozai received Anjum Anwar, President of the Association for the Rehabilitation of the Physically Disabled and Founder of Helping Hands & Caring Souls, at the Consulate.
Ms. Anwar briefed the Consul General on her organization’s humanitarian work for the needy and deserving communities in Pakistan and her ongoing fundraising tour of the United States.
The Consul General commended her sustained efforts in social welfare and humanitarian service, and reassured her of the Consulate’s full support and facilitation for initiatives benefiting vulnerable segments of society.
