 
											
																							NEW YORK: Consul General of Pakistan Aamer Ahmed Atozai attended the 10th Annual Anniversary Gala and Awards Dinner hosted by the Pakistani American Law Enforcement Society (PALES) of the New York Police Department (NYPD).
During his remarks, Consul General Atozai praised the Pakistani American officers for their unwavering commitment to justice, professionalism, and public safety. He emphasized that their tireless service embodies integrity, courage, and the true spirit of community policing.
Atozai described the officers as role models who have strengthened trust between law enforcement and the diverse communities they serve.
Recognition of Humanitarian Contributions
In his speech, the Consul General also commended the officers’ humanitarian work beyond their professional duties. He noted their generous support during natural disasters in Pakistan, including fundraising and relief efforts following devastating floods and earthquakes.
Their compassion, Atozai said, reflects a deep sense of solidarity with their homeland and demonstrates how diaspora communities continue to uplift those in need.
