Four Indian-Sponsored Militants Killed In KP Operations: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Security forces carried out a series of coordinated operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, resulting in the elimination of four militants linked to the Indian-backed group Fitna Al Khwarij.

The operations reflect the military’s ongoing commitment to countering foreign-sponsored terrorism and ensuring regional security.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), an intelligence-driven operation in Bajaur District led to the neutralization of one militant after a fierce exchange of gunfire.

Two more were killed in separate operations in the Spinwam and Zakir Khel areas of North Waziristan District, while another militant was neutralized in Dera Ismail Khan District.

Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the militants, who were reportedly involved in a range of terrorist activities in these regions. Ongoing sanitization operations aim to identify and eliminate any remaining threats.

These operations are part of Pakistan’s comprehensive counter-terrorism campaign under the vision “Azm-e-Istehkam”, approved by the Federal Apex Committee on the National Action Plan, which seeks to eradicate foreign-supported terrorism and stabilize affected areas across the country.
