ISLAMABAD: The federal government has approved the recruitment of 7,600 new personnel for the Islamabad police.
According to officials, the recruitment process had been under consideration, and the matter was referred to the federal government for approval. The government has now given the green light for the hiring of 7,600 new police officers.
Confirming the approval, Inspector General (IG) of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi revealed that the Ministry of Finance had sanctioned the recruitment for the federal police, marking a significant boost to the capital’s law enforcement capacity.
