Growing Use of AI in Workplaces Raises Concerns

The increasing influence and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in offices have raised concerns among many workers about potential changes to the nature of their jobs.

The rapid integration of AI tools into professional environments has sparked a new debate, one that brings both opportunities and challenges to the forefront.

A recent report indicates that in the next two to three years, seven out of ten professionals expect significant changes in their job responsibilities, tasks, and work methods. The growing presence of AI tools and advanced workflows in workplaces is leading to a reformation of traditional professional roles.

According to the report, 71% of survey respondents believe their work will not remain the same in the coming years. This report is based on an online survey conducted in November 2025, which involved 1,704 professionals from various sectors. The results suggest that while many organizations are rapidly adopting AI, employee training and guidance are not keeping pace with this shift.

The survey revealed that 61% of respondents acknowledged that their companies had not provided sufficient guidance on the effective and safe use of AI, while only 37% of professionals reported receiving formal training in this new technology.

The lack of training and organized support has created a sense of uncertainty in several organizations, affecting employee confidence. Furthermore, 55% of professionals feel that AI is being implemented in their organizations out of necessity, while 37% believe the trend is driven more by fashion or external pressure rather than genuine business needs. Despite these concerns, the practical use of AI continues to grow rapidly.

According to the survey, 67% of respondents are using AI tools to streamline or automate their daily tasks. However, experiences with AI have not been uniform across the board. While 69% of respondents reported that AI has made their work easier, 25% felt that it had added complexity to their tasks.

Trust in AI is another critical issue. Only 49% of professionals said they trust the information provided by AI, while 36% expressed clear distrust. The remaining 15% stated that their trust in AI depends on the nature of the work and the specific circumstances.

The report concludes that the successful future of AI is not solely reliant on technological adoption, but also on effective training, transparent implementation, and trust-building among professionals.
