RAWALPINDI: Former prime minister and PTI chief Imran Khan was grilled by four teams of the National Accountability Bureau in Adiala jail for the whole day on Sunday.
The teams separately questioned the PTI chief in the 190 million pound Al-Qadir Trust corruption case.
The first team arrived at the jail under the supervision of NAB assistant director Mohsin Ali Khan followed by the second team led by deputy director Umar Nadeem, the third headed by assistant director Azizullah and the fourth team led by assistant director Nadeem Abdur Rehman.
The teams separately quistined Imran abd left the premises, said officials of the jail.
Imran is currently languishing in the jail in connection with the cipher case.
The investigation into the Al-Qadir Trust corruption case started on November 15 and NAB has obtained Imran’s four-day physical remand for the probe from the court.
Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir was expected to hear the case in the jail on November 27.
