Masses take to streets in occupied Kashmir against Modi regime

Protesters say Jammu and Kashmir will eventually see dawn of freedom.

SRINAGAR: People in different parts of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir held rallies denouncing atrocities perpetrated by occupying forces in the disputed area and the anti-masses policies of the Modi government.   

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference held a protest at Mankote in Mendhar area of Poonch against violations of fundamental democratic rights.

The participants chanted slogans and criticized the Modi regime for growing corruption in the rgion.

Another protest was held at Arigatoo on the foothills of Pir Panjal mountain range against the massive hike in power bills. The Private Schools Association also staged a protest against the anti-education policies of the occupation regime.

Employees of Life Insurance Corporation and Road Transport Corporation also held separate protests in Jammu in support of their demands.

Meanwhile, APHC in a statement said Indian oppression in occupied Jammu and Kashmir will eventually end and the Kashmiri people will see the dawn of freedom.

A spokesman for APHC said the people of Kashmir were struggling for their inalienable right to self-determination but the Indian Hindutva regime was hell bent on using repression against them.
