Nawaz wants coalition govt to steer nation out of crises

Says his party will hold talks to all political parties and elected members to jointly work and resolve national issues.

LAHORE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday said his PML-N has emerged as a largest political in the country though could not get a simple majority to form a government. He said he would hold talks with other parties to unitedly steer the country out of the crises.

Speaking to party workers in Lahore, he also extended an olive branch to the independent candidates and join hands with him for the national cause. He said he respected all those who have won under the platform or any party or as independents candidates.

He said that the track record of his party was in front of the nation, adding all political parties, parliament military and media should jointly work to resolve the crises faced by the nation.
