New Zealand white wash Pakistan in T20 series

Pakistan earlier also lost the first and second T20 matches to the host.

DUNEDIN: New Zealand beat Pakistan by 45 runs in the third T20 international match at Dunedin.

Batting first, New Zealand scored 224 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the 20 overs.

In reply, Pakistan scored 179 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the alloted overs. 

New Zealand on Sunday beat Pakistan by 21 runs in the second T20 international match, taking a 2:0 lead in the series.

The Kiwis set a target of 194 runs for the loss of eight wickets.

In reply Pakistan had a good start but as usual the green shirts made a beeline back to pavilion after the departure of Babar Azam and Fakhar Zaman.

Babar Azam with 66 and Fakhar Zaman with 50 runs remained the top scorers on Pakistan side. New Zealand had also beaten Pakistan in the first T20 match by 46 runs.
