Pakistan, Jordan to Boost Anti-Narcotics, Police Training Cooperation

BRUSSELES: Pakistan and Jordan here agreed to expand collaboration in anti-narcotics operations and police training during a meeting between Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and his Jordanian counterpart in Brussels.

During the meeting, the Jordanian minister highlighted the importance of bilateral relations and referenced the recent successful visit of the King of Jordan to Pakistan. Both sides expressed strong interest in further enhancing cooperation.

Minister Mohsin Naqvi also extended an invitation to the Jordanian interior minister to visit Pakistan to continue strengthening mutual ties.

The discussions reinforced a shared commitment to combat drug trafficking and improve professional training within law-enforcement institutions.
