Prime Minister Departs for Two-Day Official Visit to Bahrain

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed for a two-day official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

According to a statement released by the Foreign Office, he is accompanied by a high-level delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, federal ministers, senior officials, and other key dignitaries.

During the visit, Prime Minister Sharif is scheduled to hold a series of high-level meetings with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, as well as Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. These engagements are expected to strengthen bilateral relations and promote closer collaboration on strategic and economic fronts.

This official visit underscores Pakistan’s long-standing and cordial relations with Bahrain and aims to foster results-oriented and strategic partnerships between the two nations.

It is anticipated that the trip will enhance mutual goodwill, open new avenues for collaboration, and deepen people-to-people connections, contributing to mutually beneficial cooperation across multiple sectors.
