CHAMAN: Security forces in Chaman have achieved a major breakthrough by arresting a terrorist and his facilitator during an intelligence-based operation, according to official sources.
According to details, the arrested terrorist confessed to planting an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in the Roghani sector. Acting on his information, security forces later apprehended his facilitator from Karachi.
During the operation, the forces recovered five IEDs, preventing possible terrorist attacks in the area.
Officials said that operations against terrorist networks are continuing with full force to ensure peace and stability in the region.
