BIRMINGHAM: South Africa clinched the Legends League 2025 title by defeating Pakistan in a dominant fashion in the final match held in Birmingham.
Pakistan Champions, batting first, set a strong target of 195 runs in 20 overs. However, South Africa Champions chased it down effortlessly, losing only one wicket, thanks to a blistering century by AB de Villiers.
The match was held in Birmingham, where Pakistan posted a total of 195 runs. In response, South Africa scored 196 for the loss of just one wicket. AB de Villiers, who played a phenomenal innings, was named Player of the Match.
AB de Villiers’ explosive batting proved to be the game-changer, as he dismantled the Pakistani bowling attack and led his team to a 9-wicket victory.
