SHANGLA: A deadly clash between police and militants in Shangla’s Kabulgram area has left three police officers martyred and two militants dead.
The gunfight broke out as police were conducting a targeted operation against militants in the region.
According to reports, the confrontation saw an exchange of intense fire between the two sides, during which two militants were killed. However, the militants’ retaliatory fire claimed the lives of three police personnel.
Authorities have assured that the operation against the militants will continue, and efforts to eliminate the terrorist threat in the area remain a priority for law enforcement.
