ISLAMABAD: Ambassadors-designate of Russia, Italy and Mongolia, separately presented their diplomatic credentials to President Arif Alvi at Awan-e-Sadr Islamabad on Thursday.
Speaking to the ambassador-designate of Russia Albert P. Khorev, the president said Pakistan wanted to further cement its relations with Moscow in the fields of trade, economy, tourism and culture.
At the meeting with the ambassador-designate of Italy Marilina Armellin, Mr Alvi said there was a need to further promote bilateral trade between the two countries.
The non-resident ambassador of Mongolia Tuvvshin Badra also presented his credential to the president and this occasion the president also stressed the need to promote, trade, economic and cultural relations for the mutual benefit of the two sides.
