QUETTA: Security forces have killed 15 terrorists in a series of intelligence-based operations carried out across several districts of Balochistan, according to sources.
The operations were conducted under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3 in Mastung, Bolan, Washuk, Awaran, Sibi, Khuzdar, Harnai and Nushki, where security forces targeted terrorist hideouts and positions based on intelligence information.
According to the details, the security forces conducted successful intelligence-based operations in the targeted areas, resulting in the deaths of 15 terrorists. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the possession of the terrorists during the operations.
Security officials said the effective operations have inflicted significant damage on the terrorist network operating in Balochistan and have considerably restricted the movement and activities of its members.
The successful actions are being described as a major blow to the terrorist network, with security forces continuing efforts to identify and eliminate remaining elements involved in terrorist activities across the province.
Security forces have reiterated their resolve to continue operations under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3 without interruption until the complete elimination of terrorism from the country.
The security forces remain committed to carrying out intelligence-based operations against terrorist elements and preventing them from regrouping or restoring their operational capabilities in different parts of Balochistan.
