PESHAWAR: At least four persons were shot dead in a clash between two groups of people in Peshawar on Saturday afternoon.
Police said armed men attacked their neighbors after the latter let water enter their land located in the area of Mathra police station. As a result, four persons lost their lives while a woman was injured. The dead and injured were shifted to hospital.
Police also said that the two groups had an old enmity over a piece of land. The armed men escaped from the area after the incident. Police said they were searching the killers after registration a murder case against them; however, so far no arrest has been made.
