SWAT: Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq while addressing a meeting in Swat said that the present government has disappointed the nation, death and honor have become cheap in Imran Khan’s government, the whole world has disgraced our country, though, our friendly countries have turned away from us.
Yes, the blood of innocent people was shed in Swat, the worst displacement in the history of the country took place, however, 1.8 million people were evacuated from here, but as a result of these sacrifices, the government of justice also did injustice, he addressed the huge public gathering.
Senator Siraj-ul-Haq said that Imran Khan had promised that he would not lie but now he has called the lie a U-turn. Imran Khan had promised that if people come out against me, I will resign, today, so, people from Karachi to Khyber are sending curses on your government, he said.
Furthermore, he said, now Imran should resign to fulfill his promise.
He said that Imran Khan had said that he would turn the Governor House into a university. He had promised 5 million houses but has not built a single one, while, 10 million job givers made 3.5 million people unemployed, senator Siraj added.
Referring to the PDM alliance, Sirajul Haq said that there is opposition in the name of PDM, there is no difference between PTI and PDM on the poor or the commissioner, both have differences on horse riding, PDM has the interests of a few families, we are talking about the poor people of this country, students, farmers and mothers and sons.
Ameer Jamat e Islami said the contracting system of governance is running in this country and Jamaat-e-Islami does not accept such a system. Whenever a new government comes, sugar and flour thieves are brought to the assemblies.
If the people want justice in this country, bring Jamaat-e-Islami to power, he said.
