RIYADH: Leaders from the member states of OIC and Arab League will be attending a joint summit in the Saudi capital city of Riyadh on November 11 as the Middle East crisis is set to take a new turn following the victory of Donald Trump in the US presidential election.

A similar summit was held a year ago. The 2023 summit led to emergency relief for the people of Gaza, international calls for an end to Israeli occupation measures, and collective commitments among member states to support the Palestinian cause.

However, neither these demands were taken seriously by the international community nor the Muslim leaders especially the Arab rulers did anything tangible to restore peace in Gaza by forcing Israel on a ceasefire.

Since October last year, Israel has disregarded even calls by the UN and the International Court to stop the war and has killed over 53,000 people of Palestine. Instead of damn caring the calls, the Zionist state has extended its war yo Lebanon and continued target killing of Hezbollah leaders.

The criminal silence of the Muslim countries over the genocide of the people of Paledtine has exposed the rulers most of whom are stooges of the West, especially the US.

The OIC and Arab League and their member states have lost confidence of the people of their member states and there is going to happen nothing of their forthcoming summit.
