NORTHERN HONDURAS: At least 20 people have been killed in a shooting incident in the northern region of Honduras, Central America.
Local authorities reported that following the attack, 20 bodies were recovered from a field, including 15 men, 3 women, and 2 minors. The incident occurred on Thursday.
Police officials said initial access to the crime scene was challenging, as the victims’ families had already arrived to take custody of the bodies. International media reports indicate that authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
