ISLAMABAD: In a resolution, the National Assembly condemned Israel for its rampant killing of civilians and targeting of even hospitals and refugee camps since October 7, 2023.
The resolution was by Shazia Marri of the PPP to denounce the continued Israeli airstrikes and ground assaults which has led to the killings of overc31,000 Palestinians and displacement of thousands others.
The resolution called upon the government to play a more proactive role in pushing the international community to enforce a ceasefire in Gaza.
The house also offered fateha for the Palestinians martyrs in Gaza.
It may be mentioned here that the Zionist state has been involved in mass killings of the unarmed civilians in Gaza. Its forces even did not spare children, women and patients in hospitals and bombed them.
Despite repeated appeals from different countries and resolutions adopted by the UN, the Zionist state has not stopped the ongoing airstrikes of civilian poluplation.
On the face of the naked aggression, the Muslim countries have failed to come to the rescue of the Palestinians and save them from being annihilated.
