In Pakistan, 2,829 people were affected by the epidemic, 43 more died
The second wave of corona virus in Pakistan is beginning to take a worrying turn, with 2,829 more people infected with the corona virus across the country while 43 patients infected with the epidemic have lost their lives.
According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), corona tests were performed on 40,369 people across the country in the last 24 hours, of which 2,829 were confirmed to be corona virus. The total number has reached 395,185.
If we talk about provinces and regions, one lakh 71 thousand 595 people have fallen victim to this dangerous disease in Sindh, one lakh 18 thousand 511 cases have been reported in Punjab, 46 thousand 877 cases have been reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
The number of corona patients has reached 29,782 in Balochistan, 17,101 in Balochistan, 6,682 in Azad Kashmir and 4,637 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
According to the National Command and Operations Center, the corona virus has claimed 43 more lives in the past few hours, bringing the death toll from the epidemic to 7,985. A total of 2,979 people have died in Punjab, 2,911 in Sindh, 1,359 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 309 in Islamabad, 97 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 166 in Balochistan and 164 in Azad Kashmir.
According to official figures, the number of active corona patients in the country has risen to 47,390, of which 2,186 are in critical condition. In the last 24 hours, 2,257 corona patients have recovered. Thus, the number of those who have defeated this disease has reached 339,810.
