The first round of Gerry’s diplomatic football league concluded on Sunday at Total Football Ground Islamabad. Germany, Saudi Arabia and Arab Tent team won their matches and secured the 3 points in the league, while Brazil united, Europe team and Kazakhstan lost their matches.
Ms. Agnes Pompos the Head of Missions’ Relations & Communications was the guest on the occasion and witness all the matches of the league.
Former International Football player and Former Futsal Captain of Pakistan , Mr. Mubasher Sanjrani who is the organizer of the league and also playing for the Brazil United Team appreciated the sponsors Gerry’s Pakistan , Marriot hotel and others sponsors for promoting the football game in Pakistan and specially for proving healthy & friendly environment to the diplomatic missions and their staff .
After the conclusion of the first round of the Gerry’s Diplomatic league Germany Team is on top of the table with 13 points , Brazil United on the second position with 10 Points and Saudi Arabia with 9 points .The second round of the League will start from 6th March in which 15 Matches will be played .
