SRINAGAR: Former puppet Chief Minister of Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir and President of the People’s Democratic Party Mehbooba Mufti has said that the Modi government has turned the occupied valley into a jail.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Mehbooba Mufti said in an interview that there is an atmosphere of fear and oppression in occupied Kashmir at the moment, Kashmiris are suffocating and they are not convinced that the Indian government has done much with them. What a great deception, she said that Bharatiya Janata Party was working under a specific agenda and was illegally passing new laws to change the proportion of population in Kashmir.
The former chief minister said that the BJP wanted to create hatred between different sections of Jammu and Kashmir by creating a gulf between them. However, Kashmir has been turned into a prison where people are not given a chance to speak and people are not allowed to protest peacefully.
