ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new and modernized website aimed at improving public facilitation and making identity-related services more user-friendly.

According to NADRA, the revamped platform presents a more structured and digital approach to citizen services, including access to Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC), NICOP, POC, and Family Registration Certificates (FRC) under a single integrated system.

The new website also features district-level male population data and integrates registration statistics and datasets through the nGRIDS system, displayed in interactive map formats. It further provides comparative demographic analysis at district levels, supporting research and planning activities.

In addition, NADRA has introduced a map gallery to assist researchers and policymakers, while national and provincial-level data trends have also been incorporated into the platform.

The upgraded system enables citizens to conveniently register births, deaths, marriages, and divorces online, while verification services for banks, telecom companies, and government institutions are also available through the same portal.

To further improve public service delivery, NADRA has strengthened its call center, IVR system, and email support, making the complaint registration and resolution process more efficient and responsive.
