ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has congratulated the nation on the successful launch of a locally developed electro-optical satellite with the cooperation of China.
He praised the professional expertise and tireless efforts of Pakistani scientists and engineers, calling the achievement a major scientific and technological milestone that reflects a significant boost in the country’s space capabilities.
The minister said the success highlights the growing strength of Pakistan-China friendship, adding that bilateral cooperation has now reached new heights in the space sector and will pave the way for further development.
According to Mohsin Naqvi, the satellite will prove beneficial across multiple sectors by enhancing earth observation capabilities, improving remote sensing, increasing data accuracy, and supporting more effective policymaking.
