ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Russia have agreed to deepen cooperation in trade, energy, connectivity and other key sectors following talks between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Manila.
According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, the two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation across multiple sectors.
They also agreed to enhance coordination at multilateral forums and stressed the importance of maintaining high-level exchanges to advance the Pakistan-Russia partnership.
The meeting included discussions on regional and global developments, with both sides agreeing to remain in close contact in the future.
