Sheheryar and President AJK meet, discuss Indian illegal actions in IOJ&K

MUZAFARABAD/ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Parliamemtary committe on Kashmir Sheheryar Afridi and President Azad Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan have met on Saturday and expressed their views on recent developments icnluding spre of killing by Indian forces and illegal arrest of citizens in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJ&K).

Both leaders called the aggression by Indian forces in IOJ&K an act of suppressing of voices of Kashmiris against the illegals moves of fascist Hindutva regime icluding issuance of domicile certificates to Indian citizens mean to change Muslims majority into minority in the occupied valley.

Afridi and Masood Khan both termed the issuance of mining licence to Indian nationals an “illegal acts” and warned the Delhi government that such acts would further enrage the Kashmiri people.

Sheheryar also briefed AJK president about the current developments in Laddakh and said that the situation may aggravate anytime between India and China, both Nuclear countries. Any escalation amy destabalise the whole region, Afridi said.

According to press release the leaders agreed to adopt a new strategy to counter false Indian narrarives diplomatically and politically. They also urged the world community and United Nation Security Council to take notice of Indian illegal moves in the occupied valley and to convince Indian government to give end to these illegal actions, it is added in the press release.
