ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday congratulated the national cricket team for its impressive victory against Australia in the three-match One Day International (ODI) series.
In a statement, the prime minister described the win as a result of collective effort, professionalism, and an effective strategy demonstrated by the team throughout the series.
He commended the players, coaching staff, and management, along with Mohsin Naqvi and the Pakistan Cricket Board, for their contributions to the team’s success.
The prime minister said the victory reflected the hard work and outstanding performance of the players, adding that the entire nation takes pride in the team’s achievement.
Expressing optimism, he said the team would continue to achieve greater success in the future with the same spirit and determination.
