Nation renews support to Kashmiris on Solidarity Day today

ISLAMABAD: Nation observes Kashmir Solidarity Day today to renew its support for the right to Self-determination of the people of Kashmir.

Rallies, seminars and special events being organised across the country.

A minute’s silence was observed throughout the country and Azad Kashmir at 10am and special ceremonies were also held.

The special session of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly will be addressed by Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

To liberate occupied Kashmir from the illegitimate, illegal and arbitrary occupation of India for the last 78 years and to give Kashmiris their birthright of self-determination, Azadi Kashmir will rise from every street, every city and corner of the motherland of Pakistan, upholding the past tradition.

The unwavering stance of the state of Pakistan on the Kashmir issue will be highlighted in the rallies, processions and rallies for the freedom of Indian oppressed and subjugated Kashmiris.

On the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity and Solidarity, outside Pakistan, in America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, the freedom of Kashmir will also be raised against the ongoing Indian occupation and brutal measures against the oppressed and innocent Kashmiris.

It should be noted that Kashmir Solidarity Day has been declared a public holiday by the government today.

On the other hand, posters expressing gratitude to Pakistan were put up in occupied Kashmir on which pictures of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Army Chief General Asim Munir and Prime Minister Azad Kashmir were displayed.
