Pakistan Foils Indian Missile Attack on Air Bases, Confirms ISPR

ISLAMABAD: In a recent escalation of regional tensions, India fired missiles at three Pakistani air bases, but Pakistan’s Air Force assets remained completely unharmed, according to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General ISPR, revealed that India targeted Noor Khan Air Base near Chaklala, along with Murid and Shorkot air bases, in a deliberate act of aggression. “Despite the missile attacks, all Pakistan Air Force assets are safe and fully operational,” he confirmed in a late-night briefing.

The missiles, launched from Indian aircraft, were surface-to-surface types aimed at disabling critical military infrastructure. However, Pakistan’s quick defensive measures neutralized the threat, ensuring no damage was done

India Pushes Region Toward the Brink, Says Military Spokesman

Adding to the alarm, DG ISPR further disclosed that India also launched missiles into Afghanistan, in what appears to be a reckless attempt to destabilize the entire region. “India is dragging South Asia toward a full-scale conflict,” the spokesman warned.

Pakistan’s military leadership strongly condemned this unprovoked violation of sovereignty, calling it a grave miscalculation that will not go unanswered. “This is not just an attack on Pakistan — it’s an attack on regional stability,” Gen. Sharif emphasized.

India’s missile provocation comes on the heels of rising military friction between the two nuclear-armed neighbors, particularly after Islamabad successfully downed Indian jets, including Rafales, during a recent exchange. That claim, once doubted, has now been increasingly validated by foreign intelligence sources.

Global Attention Shifts as Pakistan’s Narrative Gains Ground

This bold Indian action may backfire diplomatically, as international observers begin to recognize Pakistan’s earlier warnings. Recent confirmations by French intelligence regarding the downing of a Rafale fighter jet by Pakistan have already shaken India’s credibility.

Now, with New Delhi launching missile strikes deep inside Pakistani airspace, the world is beginning to ask serious questions about India’s motives and strategic stability. Pakistan’s consistent claims — once downplayed — are now being proven right, one missile at a time.

Conclusion: Pakistan Remains Alert, Ready to Respond

As regional tension spirals, Pakistan has signaled calm but clear resolve. “We will protect every inch of our land and airspace. Any future misadventure will be met with a forceful and proportionate response,” warned the military leadership.

With the situation rapidly unfolding, global powers and institutions are being urged to intervene before South Asia crosses the point of no return.
