Artworks by Pakistani calligrapher exhibited in Barcelona
BARCELONA: An exhibition of a Pakistani calligrapher’s artworks was organized at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Barcelona, Spain.
The event was held to showcase the works of the young renowned artist, Tahir Bin Qalandar. Pakistan’s Consul General in Barcelona Murad Ali Wazir was chief guest of the event. Speaking on the occasion, the consul general welcomed Qalandar to Barcelona and informed the participants about his artworks.
The consul general praised the talent of Qalandar and said that his artworks had the best combination of colors, creativity and spirituality. He said color doesn’t need language it speaks its own language.
The audience appreciated the work of the young artist. The ceremony was presided over by the Consul General of Barcelona Murad Ali Wazir. Waheed Khattak performed the duties of stage secretary.
The ceremony began with the recitation from the Holy Quran and Naat Rasool Maqbool.
