GB: We rejects election process outright, says PML-N Azad Kashmir

 

The first formal meeting of PML-N Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Cell was held at Jammu and Kashmir House. The meeting was attended by PML-N President and Prime Minister Azad Jammu and Kashmir Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan, Secretary General PML-N Dr Ahsan Iqbal, Central Vice President Burjis Tahir, Senior Vice President Chaudhry Tariq Farooq, Secretary General Shah Ghulam Qadir and Vice President PML-N Azad Kashmir. Chaudhry Muhammad Aziz, Vice President Dr Muhammad Najeeb Khan, Chief Organizer Mushtaq Ahmad Minhas attended.

The meeting appreciated the performance of the PML-N government in Azad Kashmir, especially in the constitutional, administrative, financial and development sectors. The PML-N leaders expressed their determination that the PML-N’s performance in the upcoming elections in Azad Kashmir should be But it will win again by a landslide and form a government.

It was decided at the meeting that a meeting of the Election Cell would be held every fortnight and a Parliamentary Board would be constituted soon. The statement said that free, fair and impartial elections would be held in Azad Kashmir. We completely reject the process. Under no circumstances will such elections be allowed in Azad Kashmir.

The meeting strongly condemned the situation in Occupied Kashmir, the worst human rights violations, extrajudicial killings of youth and shelling of unarmed civilians by Indian forces on the Line of Control in violation of the Ceasefire Agreement.
