ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has demanded from Muslim countries to take a united and firm stand before the world to curb the rising incidence of blasphemy, blasphemy and Islamophobia.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has raised his voice globally against the promotion of blasphemous sketches in France. Imran Khan has sent a letter to the Prime Ministers and Heads of State of Muslim countries, in which it has been stated that Islamic countries should unite and make blasphemous sketches. And speak out against Islamophobia.

The Prime Minister has taken a stand in the letter that Muslim countries must unite and raise their voices against those who insult the Holy Prophet (PBUH). We have to tell the West how much we are saddened by this insult.

Imran Khan wrote in the letter that the leaders of European and other non-Muslim countries must be told that just as the Holocaust is a source of heartache for the Jews, so too is the disrespect of the Holy Prophet and the Holy Qur’an hurting the feelings of Muslims.

The Prime Minister further wrote that mosques are being closed in Europe, Muslim women are being prevented from wearing the clothes of their choice, especially hijab, controversial statements from Europe at the top leadership level are evidence of growing Islamophobia.

Imran Khan says that there is a reaction from Muslims to such measures and then in response to them, prejudicial measures are taken against the Muslim community at the government level. In all these circumstances, extremist and anti-peace groups have an opportunity to worsen the situation.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that today the Muslim Ummah is facing health concerns and unrest, it is time for the leaders of the Muslim world to unite and give a clear and strong message to the whole world that Islam and the honor of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) Attacks should stop.
