MALAKAND: A tragic incident took place in Malakand’s Dheri Julgram Kund area, where a man opened fire at his in-laws’ residence, killing five people including his wife and father-in-law.
According to police, the shooting was triggered by a domestic dispute. The suspect entered his father-in-law’s house and opened fire, leaving five people dead on the spot. After the attack, the suspect managed to flee the scene.
Police have shifted the bodies to a hospital for post-mortem examinations. A search operation has been launched to arrest the culprit.
The incident has spread panic in the area, highlighting once again the rising trend of fatal domestic disputes in the region.
