According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, a passing out parade of 114th Midshipman was held at Pakistan Naval Academy in which Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi was the chief guest. Addressing the ceremony, the Naval Chief said that Pakistan Navy is always present and ready in regional and international waters with its modern assets.
Continuing his speech, the Admiral said that Pakistan is a peaceful country and wants friendly and cordial relations with its neighbors, our desire for peace and friendship should not be considered as a weakness. According to the spokesperson, 102 Pakistanis and 64 officers from friendly countries got commission in the passing out parade. Midshipman Muhammad Hassan Jalal received the Sword of Honor, the Special Guest congratulated the officers who received the commission and distributed prizes among the outstanding performers.
