KARACHI: Two persons died and several others were injured in a suicide attack on a vehicle carrying five foreigners in Landhi area of Karachi on Friday morning.
Police said the deceased were yet to be identified, but both were the attackers on the foreigners. Some motorcycles have been found near the targeted vehicle at Mansehra Colony.
The nationalities of the foreigners and the purpose of their being in the area are yet to be known. However, the foreigners remained safe. Two security guards of the foreigners, who were injured in the attack, have been identified as Noor Muhammad and Langar Khan, both 45 years old.
Police said that the injured were shifted to hospital while law enforcement agencies were investigating the incident.
